Healthy Care
I do things are good for my health . First , I do exercise every morning . I eat healthy food such as fruit , vegetables , fish etc . I drink a lot of water every day . I drink green tea and black tea to they have antioxidants . I don’t sleep late . I usually sleep 7 or 8 hour in night . second , I don’t smoke . I don’t drink cola . I don’t eat a lot of sugar and fat such as ice cream , chips , candy and donuts . This things are good for health .
